Hello, my name is Robin I am a Intersexed per.
Before every one freaks out on me, this is me and I am real and we are not alone.
I am a 61 year old deaf, healthy, hiv undetectable, Native American Indian Intersexed per born with both male and female sex's.
When I was born my parents where less than pleased I was born this way as I was surgically altered at birth to look more male than female, which if you have looked at my genitalia clearly did not work.
The United Nations Condemns these surgeries as torture and maiming of a human to young to have a legal voice or a say in what happens to them or there bodie's.
I had a famous Reconstructive Surgeon .
He was a very kind man and always new what to say to me.
Last time I seen him he stitched my finger back together after a riding lawn mower accident.
Even though I had one of the nations for most Reconstructive Doctors there was at that time, I never looked or felt normal like I did not belong here, but never complain.
I suffered great abuse and unspeakable horror at the hand of the very people who where supposed to protect me my parents.
I spent a good deal of my hood under my bed and not in it.
Parents said they could not stand to look at me.
So that every one knows these monsters are dead now and no longer harm me.
I made it threw this OK, but their are those who did not far so good.
I had the help of a lot of friends along the way with out them I never would have made it.
I am married now for 28 years to what has to be the most under standing and caring man on earth.
Having both a man and a woman in one body can get to be a bit much for some one to have to handle and deal with on a daily basic's.
My husband and my self would love to meet other Intersexed people that are out there for friend ship and maybe more with the right per.
To give people and Idea of how many people their are like me their are on this earth.
Their are as many Intersexed people as their are red headed people.
We are out there everywhere.
We do not have to hide any more.
The main purpose of this profile is to show others that I survived and I am OK and you will be too.
Its not a world we have to hide in, your life is a shame till you can shout out, hey world, I am what I am.
